The Circle of Magic is a play-by-post RPG intended for players who are at least moderately familiar with Tamora Pierce's Emelan universe. That being said, this game is appropriate for players of all experience levels. The Hub
Located at the center of Winding Circle, the Hub is home to the temple's library, rooms of scrying glasses and mirrors, the Hearing room as well as the Supreme Dedicate's chambers.

This temple is first and foremost a place of worship to Asaia Bird and Tuhengri Stormlord, the air goddess and god.

The Earth Temple
This temple is first and foremost a place of worship. It's members tend to Winding Circle's fields and adjoining gardens and greenhouses, paying homage to the Earth goddess, Mila of the Grain.

The Fire Temple
This temple is first and foremost a place of worship to Shurri Firesword. Its is also home to Winding Circle's kitchens, forges and barracks, the main quarters of the temple's own line of defense.

This temple is first and foremost a place of worship to Yanna Healtouch and Runog of the Deep. It is also home to the baths, where Winding Circle's residents can relax and cleanse after a long day of hard work.

Dormitories & Residences
The Dedicates of Winding Circle temple live in an assortment of cottages scattered across the terrain while most Novitiates reside in the dormitories. Discipline Cottage is reserved for especially powerful mages.

The Market Square
Laying more or less in the center of Summersea, this district is always bustling with activity. The city's bank, post office and auction house as well as various outlets for consumers' coin are all located within.

The Copper Triangle
East of Market Square is the Copper Triangle, home to Summersea's barracks, the main quarters of Provost's Guard, as well as the Stockade, housing petty crooks, political insurgents, dangerous criminals alike.

The Harbour District
The city's harbour, protected by a magical chain around its periphery in the water, is always bustling with activity. Located nearby is a fishing village, The Spicer Tavern and the Citadel, home to rulers of Emelan.

The peninsula that is Emelan resides on the northern shore of the Pebbled Sea. Maja, Tombstone, Astrel, Bit and Crescent Islands surround it. The Pebbled Sea is completely charted.
